The project is located in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The size of the masterplan 27 HE. This project contain the following buildings, two swimming pool buildings, for male (9500 sqm) and female (5000 sqm), Stadium for 5000 seats, Ballroom (5000sqm), sport- multiple purpose-hall (Arena, 7000 seats), administrative building (1000 sqm).

Sporting facilities represent some of the largest buildings in the urban environment. This is due to the fact that many of the activities that they house require large volumes of free
space. When complete, this sports masterplan will be one of the largest buildings of its district. As such, it is important that the building is designed in such a way that not
only serves the needs of its users, but also that it enhances the character of its surrounding neighbourhood.
